Photographing Lizzie was an absolute dream. From the very beginning, Lizzie knew exactly what she wanted for her senior session. She wanted a beach session and knew she'd be wearing a couple of different dresses. We headed to one of my favorite beaches, Plum Island Point in Newburyport, MA. We couldn't have asked for better weather and how about that blue hour sunset!!!

Photographing twins can be challenging...you want them to each show their individuality while also celebrating their unique bond. Thankfully for me, I've know Jason and Justin almost their entire lives and they made my job easy. They chose the perfect location at the Acton Arboretum, Acton, MA. One of the things that I loved is how well their outfits complimented each other without looking too "matchy-matchy". Their mom checked in with me with different options and they made the final decisions. Well done guys!!

Photographing this extended family was one of the highlights of my year. I have been photographing The Tringale's every year since I started my photography journey and sprinkling in their cousins and grandparents is always SO MUCH FUN!! They are ALWAYS fully prepared with the perfectly coordinating outfits and the kids have LOADS of ideas of what they want to do. I LOVE a prepared group!!! This year they decided they wanted beach photos and while we shot this session in late September, we had the most perfect beach day at Wingaersheek Beach in Gloucester, MA.

One of my favorite things when learning about a senior is knowing that they have a vision for their session. MacKenzie knew that she wanted to do a "traditional" senior session wearing a casual outfit and a dressy outfit BUT she also wanted to show off her sporty side and her love for basketball. We decided we'd split her session into two, at two different locations so we get her the perfect mix of photos.

Joshua's session started off bumpy. The location he had chosen was being used for a wedding so we had to pivot to a new spot. Hello Red Wing Farm in Chelmsford, MA! This was the perfect spot for Joshua's laid back, casual style. Sometimes simple makes for the perfect senior session. You can just show up, let me guide you through some easy movement and poses and voila! A great gallery of senior photos!

The Collins Family did one of my favorite things and scheduled a family session before their oldest, Emmitt, headed off to college. This was the last time they'd be exactly this family, because life changes when your first "child" leaves to be "on their own" and away from home. They chose a great combination of outfits that blended well while also complimenting each other. And they decided to stay local by choosing Beaver Brook Farm in Dracut as their location.

Meet, Bella a Pelham High senior who I've known since she was little girl, dancing at the same studio as my daughter. I have fond memories of Bella's first year competing and she had a complicated "quick change" between two of her dances and as the seasoned mom, I offered to help. Not only did she nail the quick change without freaking out, she nailed the dance too! Much like her senior session in Newburyport. She chose the perfect outfits to compliment her locations. We started downtown where there are so many great textures and locations and then we ended up at Plum Island to end the day with the ocean and the most golden sunset.

It's rare when a guy comes so ready for a senior session. Griffin arrived with everything ready to go! Outfits with loads of variety, each hanging on hangers and nicely pressed and a positive attitude that just shined in his photos. I loved his choice of The Old Manse and The Old North Bridge in Concord for his session. There is something so cool about being on such hallowed grounds where the American Revolution took place.

The Frederick Family is one of my OG families who I love having in front of my camera. I have been photographing them since Jake was a baby, barely able to sit up. Each year, I'm amazed by how much the kids have grown but the one consistent thing is how much we laugh during their sessions. Each year we go to different locations so they always have variety in the memories they are creating. This year they chose one of my FAVORITE places, Wingaersheek Beach. It's the perfect beach location with a rocky shoreline, soft, beautiful dunes, a wide-open flat beach and a calming ocean due to it's inlet location in Gloucester, MA.
